Refund and Returns Policy

30-Day Return Window

We offer a 30-day return policy from the date your item is delivered. If 30 days have passed, unfortunately, we cannot offer you a refund or exchange.


Eligibility Criteria for Returns

To be eligible for a return, your item must:

  • Be in the same condition that you received it (unused, with original packaging)
  • Include all accessories, manuals, and components
  • Have a valid proof of purchase (receipt, order confirmation, or invoice)

Items not meeting these criteria may be denied a return or subject to a restocking fee of up to 20%.


Non-Returnable Items

The following items are not eligible for return:

  • Downloadable software or digital products
  • Gift cards
  • Clearance or final sale items
  • Opened headphones, earbuds, or personal hygiene electronics

Damaged or Defective Products

If you receive a defective or damaged item, please contact us within 7 days of delivery. We’ll offer you a replacement or a full refund, depending on product availability and your preference.

  2. Include your order number, a brief description of the issue, and clear photos or videos

Refunds (If Applicable)

Once your return is received and inspected, we’ll send you an email to notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

  • Approved refunds will be processed to your original payment method within 5–10 business days.
  • If the original method is unavailable, store credit may be issued.

Exchanges

We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange a product, please contact our support team before returning it.


Return Shipping

  • If the return is due to our error (wrong item, defect, etc.), we’ll cover the return shipping cost.
  • For all other returns, you are responsible for return shipping. We recommend using a trackable shipping method.

Restocking Fee

Some non-defective returns may be subject to a restocking fee of up to 20%, especially if opened or missing components.
